Socialdata is a world leading research and marketing institute in the sustainability field. Our work includes behaviour research, modelling and analysis; and we are leading the world in voluntary behaviour change projects. Currently we are working on three continents, in seven countries with hundreds of projects.

There is a huge global future market in behaviour change in sustainability for transport, water, energy, waste, physical activity, health etc., and a great opportunity for employment.

We are offering 12-18 months Fellowships for people with knowledge in (social) research, behaviour change and IT, including organisation / administration / management.

We offer:

• applications of this in other sustainability areas

This includes:

• development of professional skills closest to a world standard
• possibility to use and improve language skills
• significant improvement of communication and social skills

• paid travel and accommodation in other countries (partial payment of accommodation costs in Munich)

Remuneration:

900 € per month for the first six months, 1,200 € per month for the next six months, and 1,500 € for the final six months; with 10 days (paid) holidays in each period. This will lead to opportunities for a fairly senior position in the company, and a salary commensurate with skills attained on completion of the Fellowship.
